I would like to share with you one of the experiences I got when configuring Teams channel in the Omnichannel for Customer Service.
The following error thrown when tried to create Teams channel:

HexErrorCode: 0x80040265
Definitely the this issue was caused by “SendMessageToOCService” process which was in the draft state.
I was able to resolve the issue by activating this action in the processes.
